Note : English communication is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Strong knowledge of WordPress core, WooCommerce, and custom plugin development .
Must be able to develop, customize, and optimize plugins and themes (backend-focused).
Experience in creating and integrating REST APIs / third-party APIs .
Solid understanding of PHP (OOP), MySQL, and database optimization .
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with GitHub / GitLab for version control.
Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, actions, and shortcodes .
Experience in security best practices, performance tuning, and scalability .
Familiarity with Linux server, cPanel, or SSH is a plus.
Exposure to AWS / cloud hosting environments will be an advantage.
Knowledge of other PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter) is considered an advantage.

Skills Required :

Strong expertise in WordPress backend development .

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and server-side logic .

Ability to write clean, reusable, and efficient code .

Strong understanding of database structures and queries .

The capability to handle projects independently from start to finish.

Good communication skills for project discussions with the team / clients.

Strong initiative to suggest and implement improvements in code and systems..
