Role Overview :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help manage and organize brand inventory line sheets in Excel and upload them according to VYLA’s internal guidelines.
The role involves vetting product data, color codes, category mapping, and ensuring product listings meet platform standards before going live.
Responsibilities :
- Fill and format brand inventory sheets in Excel according to VYLA’s structure.
- Categorize products accurately (Indian wear, Western wear, Accessories, etc.).
- Ensure all SKUs, size sets, color codes, and hero images are correctly inserted.
- Maintain naming, color, and size formats as per VYLA’s cataloging standards.
- Coordinate with brand teams to verify missing or incorrect details.
- Prepare products for upload to the VYLA backend.
