SAP PP / PM support role Job description
Production planning :
1. Very good understanding of the Production planning process in Mfg. Industry.
2. Excellent understanding in the MRP process in the MTS & MTO scenarios.
3. Must have very good understanding in Mfg Industry Shopfloor process end to end process.
4. Thorough understanding and very good hands-on experience and trouble- shooting the production order execution at various stages.
5. Thorough understanding of the production order costing process
6. Thorough understanding of the PP, FI / CO, MM, SD integration points and troubleshooting capability
7. Good understanding of the Variant config in – Production order – Super BoM & Super Routings, Object dependencies, Config profiles, variant tables maintenance, price conditions, constraints, ALE transport etc..
8. Thorough understanding of the Discrete Mfg Production orders, Routing configs, work centers, BoM configurations and Setup.
9. Hands on experience in Production orders execution trouble shooting and the settlement.
10. Capable to work with the Biz team spread across the globe independently and shall troubleshoot and resolve incidents for SAP PP standard applications and in the company specific developments with minimum or no supervision
11. At least 10 years of SAP experience in SAP PP support and in resolving the shopfloor issues and proactive in controlling the background job failures.
12. Basic understanding of the ABAP debug process.
Plant Maintenance :
13. Good understanding of SAP Plant maintenance module standard Configuration as per the best practice of SAP.
14. Thorough understanding of the entire plant maintenance master data maintenance : PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, Trigger points, PM Work Centres, and Maintenance Plans, SAP standard reporting tools.
15. Thorough understanding of the SAP standard Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
16. Trouble shoot and resolve the issues related to PM order life cycle including printing, work order scheduling, settlement and related components procurement and tracking.
