About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1+ years of hands-on experience hiring for ERP, Salesforce, and other niche technology skills . The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, understands the fast-moving tech landscape, and can deliver top-tier candidates in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (JD understanding, sourcing, screening, strong candidate connect, interview follow ups, offer negotiation / / post offer follow up etc).
• Source and hire candidates with expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) , Salesforce , and other niche skills (e.G., DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity).
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, sourcing mix).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

familiarity with niche / rare tech skills is a strong plus.
