Job Title : Wix Website Designer / Developer

Location : Remote / On-site (Chennai, India)

Employment Type : Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

About the Role :

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Wix Website Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually engaging, user-friendly websites using Wix Editor and Wix Studio. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand consistency, and can translate business needs into clean, functional web experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and build responsive websites using Wix Editor and Wix Studio.
  • Customize existing Wix templates and layouts to match brand identity.
  • Implement features such as contact forms, chat, booking systems, and e-commerce setups.
  • Optimize websites for mobile, SEO, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and perform routine updates.
  • Manage domain connections, hosting, and integrations within the Wix ecosystem.
  • Maintain clean, organized project structures and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience building websites using Wix Editor or Wix Studio (portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, UI / UX, and responsive layouts.
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, meta tags, and content optimization.
  • Ability to integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, payment gateways).
  • Familiarity with custom code embedding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in Wix is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience working with branding or creative agencies.
  • Experience with Wix automations, CMS, and dynamic pages.
