Job description5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions. Experience in a corporate finance environment is preferred. Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software . Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, dashboards, automation). Ability to create and present comprehensive financial reports and charts . Power BI experience is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. MBA / Advanced Degree in Finance preferred. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA , or equivalent are an added advantage.
📌 Job Opportunity : Senior Specialist - FP&A(Cost)

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Major Focus Areas :
Cost | Revenue | P&L | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Month-End Closing | Power BI
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP , specifically related to revenue and cost accounting.
- Perform month-end close activities , including accruals and revenue / expense reclassifications.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and graphical dashboards to support leadership insights and decisions.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to analyze key changes and required adjustments.
- Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan.
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior management.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts based on business trends and accounting principles.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.
- Utilize tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI , and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis.
