Responsibilities
- Sales Performance & Productivity
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance the efficiency of field sales teams.
- Conduct field audits and ride-alongs to assess sales execution and effectiveness.
Education & Training
Provide coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to field sales teams.Organize OJT workshops and training sessions to enhance sales competencies.Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales execution and recommend improvements.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field sales.Work closely with sales leadership to implement data-driven decision-making.Data Analysis & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field efficiency and sales productivity.Generate and analyze reports to measure sales effectiveness.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with internal teams (Sales Management, HR, SCDI) to ensure seamless execution.Communicate best practices and operational updates to the field sales force.Serve as a bridge between field sales teams and senior management.Experience
Min 10-12 years of Expeince into same domain post education.Full time Post Graduation (MBA / PGDM) is mandatory.
