Lead PLM Engineer

Job descriptionCoordinate project change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication among stakeholders. Manage the development effort and serve as a single point of contact between the business and technical teams. Oversee user management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards for user access. Experience in PLM technologies- PTC Windchill. Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of PLM systems. Prior BA / consulting experience in the PLM space is a must. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for PLM solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of PLM solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the PLM domain. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the PLM system's functionality and efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed. BTech / BE with an MBA is preferable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in relevant PLM technologies is a plus.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) :
- Expertise in PLM processes and methodologies.
- Functional expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), product engineering & Bill of Materials (BOM) management, product development, product commercialization, and quality management.
- Provide business process consulting services to clients and help implement PLM solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Understand business requirements and assist clients in business process standardization by implementing industry best practices.
- Expert in Windchill PLM technical and function flow.
