Job descriptionBuild and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Work on NLP, computer vision, or tabular data problems depending on business needs. Fine-tune and deploy LLMs using platforms like Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain. Implement MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management. Deploy models and MCP workflows on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Integrate AI services with enterprise applications via APIs and microservices. Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in ML libraries. Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.). Understanding of MCP principles and context-aware model design. Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for a skilled AI / ML Developer with hands-on experience in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a strong foundation in machine learning and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage contextual modeling and protocol-driven architectures to enhance AI performance and scalability.
Work Location : UK
