We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer who is passionate about mobile technology and eager to build high-quality, scalable applications. You will lead the development of cross-platform mobile apps, collaborate with diverse teams, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.Manage end-to-end app lifecycle including requirements, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase / AWS), and third-party libraries.Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting technical excellence within the team.Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and propose innovative Skills & Qualifications :2 - 3 years of hands-on mobile app development experience with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.Strong understanding of state management frameworks (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.Strong knowledge of mobile UI / UX guidelines and ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces.Proficiency in Git / version control.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced Skills :Knowledge of native Android / iOS development.Experience mentoring or leading small teams.Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments.(ref : hirist.tech)
