About the Role

OMC Medical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Management Expert to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, along with strong analytical and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and catalogue audits
• Monitor order processing, return, and refund cases
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Track account health & ensure marketplace compliance
• Analyse weekly / monthly sales reports and provide performance insights
• Identify growth opportunities and suggest strategies to improve visibility and sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration , Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing / E-commerce is an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce account management
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Experience handling listings, promotions, pricing, and catalogue management
• Good understanding of marketplace policies and compliance

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning)
• Experience in product listing, keyword research & content optimisation
• Ability to analyse sales performance, dashboards, and reports
• Knowledge of order management and return / refund flows

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
