Coordinate for SAP billing process, and execution work during café opening and support in cafe operations along with cross functional coordination with finance and commercial department for projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Follow up on internal processes to speed up Café openings
2. Vendor identification (across regions) for equipment and track AMCs for kitchen equipment
3. Vendor registrations, PO process, follow ups
4. Alignments with various vendors for Café opening
5. Track billing for various utilities across locations
6. MIS and data management
Years of Experience :
5-6 years
Bachelor’s / Masters : Hotel Management from a reputed college
Knowledge Skills required : Preferably from Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Background with experience in operations, café opening and coordination with cross functional department. Good at SAP and excel
