Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ayurveda, or nutraceuticals industries. This role will focus on driving domestic sales of essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal extracts. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.), and client meetings.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within domestic markets.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of essential oils, cold-pressed carrier oils, and herbal extracts to address client requirements effectively.
- Use CRM tools and B2B platforms for lead management, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to ensure performance and goal alignment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5–7 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ayurveda, or nutraceuticals.In-depth knowledge of essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal ingredients is essential.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong client management and follow-up abilities.Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and professional email communication.Prior experience in domestic B2B sales is highly desirable.Team management experience is a plus.
