Program Operations and Data Analysis Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support program operations, drive data-driven decision-making, and facilitate cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing data workflows, generating actionable insights, and driving program implementation across departments while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with G Suite applications is essential for this role.
- The Program Associate will collect, clean, and report data to support program monitoring and evaluation.
- Create dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to provide key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation is required.
- Apply analytical skills to generate actionable insights; knowledge of SQL, Python, or Apps Script is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Drive program implementation and support change management initiatives across departments.
- Work effectively in dynamic environments, handling ambiguity, multitasking, and high-pressure deadlines.
- Experience in program operations, data analysis, or a similar role is necessary.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this position.
