Role & Responsibilities :
- Schedule interviews by coordinating availability between candidates and interviewers.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage the overall interview scheduling process.
- Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to gather and document feedback.
- Ensure feedback closure in the recruitment tool within defined timelines.
- Communicate feedback status and next steps to candidates via email when necessary.
- Educate clients and stakeholders on the recruitment process and roles involved.
- Assist in coordinating other recruitment activities as needed.
- Manage internal stakeholder communication effectively to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation accurately and up to date.
- Respond to recruitment-related emails promptly within the specified timelines.
- Meet monthly targets and performance metrics related to recruitment coordination.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work on weekends based on workload demands.
- Be willing to travel within the organization's facilities as required.
