The Last Mile Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, team coordination, and adherence to company processes. The role involves people management, route planning, and ensuring service excellence at the last mile level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day last mile delivery operations at the hub.
• Manage and monitor a team of delivery associates and riders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Plan and allocate delivery routes efficiently to optimize cost and time.
• Track delivery performance, handle exceptions, RTOs, and escalations.
• Maintain delivery KPIs – on-time delivery, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ensure scanning, loading / unloading, and dispatch processes follow SOPs.
• Coordinate with hub incharge, warehouse, and customer support teams.
• Train, motivate, and monitor delivery staff for improved efficiency.
• Maintain records, MIS, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure service quality.
