RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Campaign implementation : work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze promotional campaigns.
- Test and optimization : conduct experiments to grow campaign traffic and conversion; innovate and test new creative ideas or new channels to engage customers; be able to implement data insight to future operations
- In depth understanding of Google ad platform – Customer audience capability, various types of campaigns and objectives, ability to understand what campaign suits better as per business objectives.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization.
- Identify the best communication at the best time using the best channel to nudge a user towards conversion.
REQUIREMENTS :
5-6 Years of experience in growth / digital marketing preferably from an agency backgroundStrong background with lead gen or E-Commerce clientsExperience in working with a multi-crore digital marketing budget.In-depth, hands-on experience in managing programmatic & biddable platforms like Google AdWords, DBM(Optional), etc.Exposure of running campaigns using 1st party and 3rd party data.Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning toolsStrong marketing mindset with problem solving skills.INDUSTRY
