Job Description

The Platform Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and administration of Veeva Vault applications. This entails troubleshooting system issues, providing expert-level support, and managing configurations to guarantee seamless operation.

This specialist will collaborate with internal teams, business users, and Veeva support to address technical challenges, enhance system functionality, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities :

Providing first and second-level technical support for Veeva Vault users.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related issues efficiently.
Collaborating with internal teams and Veeva support to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements :

A strong understanding of Veeva Vault applications, Life Sciences compliance requirements, and technical problem-solving skills.

Experience with Veeva Vault modules such as QualityDocs, PromoMats, eTMF, RIM, or QMS is preferred.

Technical skills include SQL, APIs, and basic scripting knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications :

Veeva Vault Administrator Certification (preferred)

ITIL Certification (a plus)
