Delphi - Project Manager - Data Management

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Data Project Manager to lead and drive the successful end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data lifecycle management, data platforms, and enterprise analytics solutions, along with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and governing data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and measurable business impact.

What you'll do :

Project Delivery & Governance :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage multiple data initiatives concurrently, focusing on Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Advanced Analytics.
• Apply project management frameworks to plan, execute, monitor, and control project progress; proactively identify and resolve risks / issues.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and compliance with delivery standards.
