What You Will Do : As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our machining operations. Your mission will be to :

• Lead & Innovate : Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex components on our advanced HMC & VMC machines.
• Problem-Solve : Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting challenging machining and quality issues.
• Drive Efficiency : Champion initiatives for cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and overall process improvement.
• Mentor & Guide : Train and develop our team of talented operators and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure Quality : Uphold the highest standards of precision by interpreting GD&T and utilizing advanced inspection tools.
