Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Puducherry. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural and construction drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and preparing submittals. The role includes collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and ensuring that technical drawings and models align with project standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with preparing Submittals and ensuring compliance with design standards
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional experience in architectural design and project execution
