Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview :

As an HR Recruiter with a finance background, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to HR operations. Proficiency in handling HRMS, strong Excel skills, and effective communication will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate assessments including skills evaluation, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle HRMS effectively for recruitment and employee data management.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Support HR operations with financial understanding to ensure compliance and accuracy.
