Job descriptionDrive IT initiatives including Salesforce implementation, AI / ML pilots, workflow automation, and self-service tools. Align IT strategy with business objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Lead digitalisation programs and evaluate emerging technologies like WatsonX, Power BI, and AI chatbots. Ensure IT infrastructure and applications comply with audit, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for ITGC and other compliance mandates. Engage with senior leadership to provide IT performance insights and project updates. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, budgets, and partner engagements (e.g., IBM, SAP, Salesforce). Represent the organization in external technical discussions. Mentor and lead team members to deliver high-quality project outputs. Establish robust processes for incident resolution, change management, and adoption of new technologies. Prepare project documentation, business cases, training materials, and MIS reports. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
SAP & Enterprise Applications
- Oversee governance and support for SAP S / 4 HANA modules including HR & Payroll (OM, PA, Time, Payroll, WebDynPro), MM, SD, PM, FICO.
- Manage ongoing SAP projects such as RISE with SAP migration and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business heads and process owners for system enhancements and issue resolution.
