Role : Co-Founder (With Investments) – Growth, Marketing & B2B (Remote)
This is a core founding role where you will operate as the growth engine of Alepaa .
GTM, Growth & Marketing
Develop and execute Alepaa’s Go-To-Market strategy
Lead digital marketing, content direction, and brand storytelling
Build and scale online presence and community
Run growth experiments, campaigns, and audience funnels
Expand our reach across India and international craft-focused markets
Build Alepaa’s identity as a premium cultural-fashion brand
B2B & Institutional Partnerships
Create partnerships with boutiques, premium retailers, export houses, and designers
Identify global retail markets with high cultural-fashion demand
Build collaboration pipelines with brands, influencers, and cultural organizations
Manage outreach, negotiation, and long-term relationship development
Business Development & Expansion
Identify growth opportunities in new markets and categories
Develop sales channels beyond D2C (B2B, bulk orders, international buyers)
Build scalable processes for revenue expansion
Lead discussions with stakeholders, partners, and strategic collaborators
1–4 years in growth marketing, business development, or D2C brand scaling
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or startup environments (preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing + brand building
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in building from scratch
Someone who appreciates culture-driven products and premium craftsmanship
A person who wants ownership , not just a role

Founder Structure
This is a founder-track role , structured with :
Equity participation based on role, contribution, and long-term involvement
Capital participation (optional and milestone-based) — aligned with standard founder practices and meant for individuals who want deeper ownership
Shared decision-making power across brand, business, and expansion
Equity + Compensation Structure
Equity Offered : 5–10% (based on contribution and responsibilities)
Vesting : 3 years | Cliff : 6 months
0% equity if leaving before 6 months
50% vests in the first 18 months
Remaining 50% vests quarterly over the next 18 months
Important :
There is NO salary until either :
1️⃣ Alepaa reaches ₹1 Cr in annual revenue , OR
2️⃣ We raise our next funding round (VC / Angel)
