Nursing Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Supervisor located in Bhopal. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, and providing critical care when necessary. Daily tasks include coordinating with doctors, supervising nursing activities, and ensuring the well-being of patients under their care.

• Medicine and Critical Care Medicine skills
• Patient Care skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Experience in geriatric care is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; relevant certifications will be advantageous
