Shift : Rotational (including night shifts)

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries through non-voice channels (email / chat).
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to passengers’ concerns.
Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements :

Fresh graduates welcome – no prior experience required.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
