Job Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Professional to design and implement procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical expertise to Production Operations teams
Implement cloud operations team goals and deliverables
Ensure smooth operations of our SaaS products
Automate critical processes in cloud operations
Drive process improvements and technical innovations for stability and reliability

Requirements :

15+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud operations

Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.

Kubernetes and helm Charts experience

Terraform, Ansible, and Windows Terminal Services experience

Desired Skills :

Hands-on experience in cloud technology – AWS, Azure

Strong networking skills

Certifications : RHEL, Kubernetes, AWS

Collaborate with talented engineers and architects to deliver cutting-edge SaaS product offerings using innovative technologies.

This role requires strong leadership, innovation mindset, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Experience :

Implementing, managing, and decommissioning complex cloud-based systems

Coordinating cross-functional teams to address product issues

Building lean, automated, scalable support structures

Desired Experience :

Mentoring and training team members
