Job description
  • Promote company's cattle feed products among farmers, dairy owners, and dealers in Maharashtra.
  • Educate farmers on balanced ration, feed management, mineral supplementation, and overall nutrition practices.
  • Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs to showcase feed benefits.
  • Provide on-field technical support and ensure feed performance monitoring.
  • Assist in feeding plan preparation to optimize milk yield and cattle health.
  • Support the sales team through technical training, joint visits, and guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and veterinary professionals.
  • Address farmer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Organize and participate in awareness camps, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Submit regular reports on field activities, farmer feedback, and feed performance.
