Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated People Growth & Development Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing the communication, behavioral, and professional skills of our team members. If you have hands-on experience in training and ready to transition into a corporate role—this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct soft skill, communication, and personality development sessions for employees.

Design and deliver training programs that cater to various learning styles.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Create content, modules, and assessment tools aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs across teams.

Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for HR and management review.

Drive initiatives that support employee engagement and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

2 to 3 years of experience as a trainer in an IELTS institute or coaching center.

Strong command over spoken and written English.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Ability to engage participants and create an impactful learning experience.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (additional certification in training / education is a plus).

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
