Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Analyst located in Cyber City Gurgaon.

The System Analyst will be responsible for :

• Fill the gaps of missing parts of Business Requirements (if there is any).
• Understand the underlying Business Issue from BA or sub.
• Collaborate with sub / BA to map Business Requirements to System Capabilities / Requirements.
• 3rd party provider : Documents research and Solution analysis.
• Align with Solution Architect whether all the domain areas are covered.
• Alignment with 3rd party on integration structure.
• Communication with the Customer on open technical questions (if there are any).
• Lead Playback Design.
• Support tech lead on open questions.
• Initial validation after STG deployment.
• Validation SIT / RT ticket (after QA).
• Lead system demo for the Customer.
• Support BVT (review test scenarios, answer questions, defect triage).
• 2 weeks warranty functional support.
• Lead KT session (to maintenance team).

Location : Cyber City, Gurgaon.

Work Mode : Work from Office.

Shift Timing (India) : 10 : 00 AM 07 : 00 PM IST.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners up to 30 days.

Experience Level : 8 12 :
