Role Purpose
Be the engineering backbone for AIWO’s Shopify website, Android & iOS apps, and Zoho CRM integrations. Ship fast, reliable experiences, wire up GA4 + Meta CAPI (server-side) for trustworthy attribution, and automate ops across systems. You’ll turn growth ideas into shippable features with clean code, strong security, and measurable impact on CVR / LTV.
What You’ll Own
Shopify Web Experience
Build / extend Liquid themes, sections, and metafield-driven modules (PDP / PLP / LP).Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility, image / CDN strategy, and structured data.Mobile Apps (Android + iOS)
Maintain features, deep links, notifications, in-app events, and release pipelines.Crash-free stability, performance, and store compliance (Play Console / App Store).Data, Tracking & Attributio n
Implement GA4 + GTM (web & app); set up Meta CAPI (server-side) with deduplication, high Event Match Quality, and consent mode.Integrations & Automations
Design robust APIs / webhooks between Shopify ↔ Zoho CRM / Books / Creator; sync orders, customers, subscriptions, tickets, inventory.Back-office automations (queues / retries, idempotency, alerts) to keep data in lock-step.Security, Privacy & Reliability
Secrets management, RBAC, least-privilege keys; PII minimization; audit trails.Error budgets, monitoring, logging, on-call escalation playbook.Dev Productivity
CI / CD, feature flags, A / B test toggles, environment parity, documentation.Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Translate CRO hypotheses into performant Shopify features (bundles, offers, upsells, quizzes).Own server-side tagging (CAPI) via GTM-Server or gateway (GCP / AWS) with event schemas & QA.Maintain Android / iOS analytics (Firebase / GA4), push (FCM / APNs), and deep links (App Links / Universal Links).Build Zoho integrations (CRM / Books / Creator, Deluge where needed) with resilient webhooks & replays.Create observability : logs, metrics, alerts (errors, latency, event drop, match quality).Partner with Design / Content / Media to launch quickly; document endpoints, payloads, and SOPs.Tool Stack (you should already use most)
