Position : Business Development Associate
Experience : Minimum 3-4 years (Must have cold calling experience in EdTech)
Key Responsibilities :
Make cold and hot lead calls to pitch GrittyTech wide range of learning programs
Understand student / parent requirements and recommend the best-suited course offerings
Build strong client relationships and follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments
Maintain lead data, call logs, and conversion reports using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and counseling teams to improve conversions
Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the EdTech industry
Proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High ownership, persistence, and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable with structured targets and fast-paced environments
Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office full-time
Compensation & Work Schedule :
During 3-Month Probation :
In-hand Salary : 15,000 - 20,000
Incentives : 6,000 - 20,000 (Performance-based)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Post Probation :
In-hand Salary : 25,000 - 35,000
Incentives : 5,000 - 30,000 (Performance-based)
Working Days : Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays are OFF )
Career Growth Path
If you prove your performance within the first 6 months, you will be eligible for a Team Leader (TL) role. As a TL, you will :
Lead and manage a team of 5 Business Development Associates
Be responsible for your team's sales targets, training, and reporting
Work closely with leadership to drive team performance and process improvements
Receive revised compensation and additional performance-based benefits
