WHAT YOU OFFER US
As a Digital Studio Manager, you would be responsible for the overall production planning and execution of digital advertising projects / creatives such as web banners, mobile banners, HTML Emails, Responsive templates, website design, eDetaillers / IVAs and social media collaterals for our Pharma clients
Your key roles and responsibilities will include :
- Production management from start to delivery.
- Leading and coordinating efforts of the entire development team (Developers, designers, QC etc) and acting as an important link in case of project issues.
- Keeping himself / herself updated with the constant changes in Digital ecosystem
- Ability to define and enforce process, yet adapt to changing requirements, timelines, and priorities
- Partnering with various internal SPOCs (Project Management Team, Creative, Digital production Team, and technical leads) to manage strategy, production, schedule, budget, tagging and quality assurance.
- Further, he / she will be responsible for Capacity planning and handling any crisis on a day-to-day level as well as from a long-term perspective
- Ensuring high Quality through best practices and compliance to the standards – Strong Liasioning with Operationsal Excellence team to track performance and put corrective measures
- Proficient in analyzing team performance metrics, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Experienced in Veeva CRM, Vault, Promomats, Salesforce, MI (Mobile Intelligence), and website technologies.
- Knowledge of IQVIA, eWizard and other new technologies would be an added advantage
- Experienced in analyzing client requirements, conducting training needs assessments, and ensuring the team stays updated with the latest client expectations and industry standards.
- Planning on Resources, Trainings, Projects, and process.
- Reporting Metrics on Quality, Utilization, Projects, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) etc.

Prior interactive / digital agency experience (Honestly, it is a must!)Experience of projects involving Veeva Approved mailers, Veeva Presentations(IVA, eDetail) , display advertising / banner production, site builds, mobile, rich media vendor platforms, video for social media channels.Strong web / tech knowledge and understanding of Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5 Flash, Adobe Photoshop, interface design, and social media.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML / CSS, Responsive Templates, Mobile Advertising, JavaScriptUnderstanding of media process and digital trafficking (i.e., DART, Right Media, Media mind, SFDC)Experience : Proven experience in digital project management or studio operations, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with digital production tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, SFMC, Veeva and content management systems.Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in the life sciences sector, including FDA guidelines and HIPAA regulations.Leadership Abilities : Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through complex projects.Understanding of e-learning solutions / platforms & Digital Asset Management will be an added advantageOTHER SKILLS REQUIRED :

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.
