Job Description
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for creatives and copy.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community.
- Track, analyze, and report performance using social media analytics tools.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
- Basic understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in reels, shorts, and video-based content strategy.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
