Full Stack Engineer

Role : Full Stack Developer (Majorly Backend)

Location : Pune / Mohali / Gurgaon / Navi Mumbai / Bangalore (Onsite)

Shift Timings : Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

Notice Period : Immediate joiners

Note : No transportation facilities are provided. Candidates are required to manage their own commute.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Develop and review code (Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js) ensuring architectural consistency.

Design and maintain efficient data models in PostgreSQL with a focus on performance and integrity.

Write and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and decision records (ADRs).

Monitor systems and implement best practices in observability, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills :

5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, React / Next.js , and CI / CD pipelines (AWS CDK) .

Proven experience working on microservices architecture and AWS Cloud environments.

Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across the complete software release cycle (priority requirement).
