Job Title : Associate Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Job Description : We are looking for an Associate Manager in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record in due diligence engagements. This role involves working on complex transactions providing detailed analysis to our clients and supporting decision-making in mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for cross-border and domestic transactions.
• Analyze financial data to identify historical and future financial performance including quality of earnings working capital considerations and potential liabilities and risks.
• Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated transaction support services.
• Manage and develop junior team members ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
• Maintain direct communication with clients managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities including networking and presentations.
