This role is part of our People Experience, Technology & Data team andaims to maximize personalized digital experiences for colleagues, automate employee journeys, and simplify the overall HR architecture.
We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining seamless integrations within the Oracle HCM ecosystem. Acting as a trusted partner to both IT and HR stakeholders, you will ensure that data flows accurately and efficiently between core HR systems and payroll or other related modules.
- Leveraging your 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM , including expertise in HDL and / or People API , to develop robust integration solutions. You will manage data mappings and cross-references (xRefs), oversee integration design and build processes, and collaborate closely with technical teams to maintain system integrity and data quality.
- Detail-oriented and independent work style will support the delivery of high-quality integration solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance overall HR data reliability.
Your tasks :
Design, build, and maintain integrations within the Oracle HCM environment, focusing on HR Core to Payroll and related systems.Develop and manage data mappings and cross-references (xRefs) to ensure accurate data exchange between systems.Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment.Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain seamless data flows.Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration design and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.Document integration architectures, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and compliance.Your profile :
3-5 years of professional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations , with hands-on expertise in :HCM Data Loader (HDL) and / or People API
Core HR â†' Payroll integrations (design, build, and support)Developing and testing integration solutions between Oracle HCM and third-party systemsProficiency in data mapping, cross-references (xRefs), and transformation logic for HR data.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in integration troubleshooting and issue resolution.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple integration projects independently , including requirements gathering, technical design, and testing.Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules is a plusFamiliarity with automation tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, scripting) and process improvement methodologies.Exposure to global HR environments with cross-functional integrations.We offer :
