LeadMasters AI is hiring a talented MERN Stack Software Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in Hyderabad. You’ll be building and scaling AI-powered marketing automation platforms used by global businesses — helping industries like healthcare, hospitality, and retail simplify lead generation and advertising through automation and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js

Build scalable APIs and backend microservices for AI-driven workflows

Integrate third-party APIs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and WhatsApp

Optimize performance, improve security, and ensure clean, reusable code

Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver new features

Participate in agile sprints, reviews, and architectural discussions

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in MERN stack development

Strong command of React.js , Node.js , and RESTful API design

Experience with JWT authentication and MongoDB schema design

Familiarity with Git , Postman , and CI / CD deployment pipelines

Understanding of cloud environments like Azure or AWS

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
