As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints, ensuring our designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting clear guidelines and expectations for photography and graphic design teams.

Direct all photography efforts—including product, model, and lifestyle shoots—by developing detailed shot lists and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.">
Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.">
Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.">
Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.">
Partner with the Product, Business Analytics and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.">
Use performance data (CTR, conversion, image heat maps, sales trends) and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.">
Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.">

Requirements : ">
3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.">
Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.">
Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.">
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.">
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.">
Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.">
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.">
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles is recommended to effectively collaborate with design counterparts.">
