What You ll Be Doing :
- Take charge of conceptualizing and executing video shoots from ideation to post-production for product launches, tutorials, events, and social-first campaigns.
- Work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard compelling visual content that aligns with our brand s voice.
- Own the entire production pipeline : scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Produce a mix of formats like Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, testimonials, product explainers , and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Instagram, YouTube, Amazon A+, Facebook, and more.
- Manage and maintain a well-organized library of video assets and ensure deadlines are always met.
- Stay tuned into the latest social media and content trends to keep our video strategy fresh and relevant.
What You Bring to the Table :
4+ years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, ideally in D2C, education, or kids-focused content.Skilled in operating professional gear DSLRs / mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, stabilizers, and sound equipment.Mastery over tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve .A sharp eye for detail when it comes to motion graphics, color grading, audio mixing , and video optimization.Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight timelines with efficiency.A portfolio or showreel that shows off your creativity, versatility, and storytelling skills .Collaborative mindset, excellent organization, and a passion for high-quality work.Skills Required
