Description GSPANN is hiring Senior Systems Engineers with expertise in System Center Configuration Management. The role involves deploying Windows systems, automation, and troubleshooting. Join us in Hyderabad or Pune to drive system efficiency and security!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), handling patch management, application packaging, distribution, troubleshooting, Operating System Deployment (OSD), task sequencing, deployment testing, log file analysis, and reporting on Windows workstations and servers.
  • Develop and maintain Windows 10 / 11 images, ensuring seamless deployment and servicing.
  • Configure and optimize OSD Driver profiles, Windows User State Migration Tool (USMT), and Windows Deployment.
  • Create and manage Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM Task Sequences for efficient system provisioning.
  • Implement and manage BitLocker with Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) to enhance security.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11, virtualization platforms, Adaptiva OneSite, and SQL databases.
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) through Microsoft Intune, handling Mobile Application Management (MAM), Autopilot, Conditional Access policies, and VMware AirWatch.
  • Support Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) / Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Volume Purchase Program (VPP).
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune, Azure Information Protection, etc.).
  • Resolve production issues by handling support tickets efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor desktop support teams, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting strategies.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of SCCM experience, working with Operating System Deployment (OSD) features.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Name System (DNS), and advanced Windows Server services.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019).
  • Familiarity with applying security best practices for Windows and other Microsoft products.
  • Working experience with Apple macOS, possessing a basic understanding of its configuration and management.
  • Able to provide technical leadership, mentor desktop support teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Strong skills to communicate effectively and collaborate in high-pressure environments.
