Technical Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

Role : Technical Program Manager - Cloud

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : 6 months+ (with a possibility of Contract-to-Hire)

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours : 10 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM IST

Location : 100% Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud infrastructure programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP. This role drives end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud infrastructure programs.

Manage cloud initiatives such as migrations, control-plane deployment, and infra automation pipelines.

Drive execution across 50+ engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

Build program plans, timelines, risk tracking, and mitigation strategies.

Provide clear reporting to executives and senior leadership.

Use Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc., for tracking and documentation.

Apply Agile / Scrum practices to optimize workflows.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, Security, Legal, and more.

Required Qualifications

8+ years leading large, global technical programs.

Strong cloud infrastructure experience (Azure / AWS / GCP).

Background in CS / IT / Engineering or equivalent experience.

Proven success launching complex engineering programs at scale.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Experience working in high-growth or scaled software environments.
