Position : Sr. Design & Estimation Engineer

Location : Shivane, Pune

Reporting To : General Manager / Director

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience : 3–5 Years in Panel Manufacturing Industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Design Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of electrical control panels as per project requirements and standards.
• Review and finalize electrical drawings, GA, power and control drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within project timelines.
• Ensure accuracy in design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for design approvals and technical clarifications.
• Supervise and guide the design team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to production and testing teams during panel assembly and FAT.
