About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic
Techno-Functional Sales Consultant
to join our growing team. This role requires a perfect balance of
technical understanding and business acumen
to effectively drive sales and communicate the value of software solutions to educational institutions and other clients.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, comfortable engaging with clients at both business and technical levels, and able to translate complex software features into tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand product functionalities and solution capabilities.
Engage with potential clients to identify business challenges, requirements, and goals.
Translate client needs into technical specifications and demonstrate how the solutions address their objectives.
Provide
consultative insights and recommendations
to optimize client operations through technology.
Deliver impactful
presentations, demos, and proposals
that effectively communicate the solution’s value.
Handle
technical queries, troubleshooting, and user support
during and after implementation.
Conduct
software training sessions
for end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships , ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop tailored collateral and sales materials.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
to maintain a competitive edge.
Track and report on
sales activities, leads, pipeline status, and forecasts
using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration , or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a
techno-functional or technical sales role , preferably in software or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of
software architecture, integration, and implementation processes.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
to bridge technical and business discussions.
Analytical and consultative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to
manage multiple client engagements
independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in
CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite , and related sales tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally for
client meetings, demos, and events.
