Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibility of the team member(s) would be to :

• Manage the entire regulatory process especially for ECM deals
• Handle due-diligence and pre / post IPO / QIP process
• Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations
• Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc.
• Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances and should have completed few IPO / QIP transactions in left lead role
• Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch / credential book
• Can focus on drafting, documentation and liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc.
