- Position Deliverables
- Define the product and processes to enable lending to Small Commercial Vehicle first time owners and fleet owners
- Driving the sales training, credit appraisal, decisioning, disbursement, loan operations, loan monitoring, vehicle monitoring, audit and compliance
- Setting up program parameters across different product and partner program
- Source and manage field investigation and audit agencies and electronic verification providers
- Managing portfolio risk across partners, OEMs, cities and product segments.
- Leveraging technology and OEM partnerships to develop market leading credit risk monitoring models
- Support city rollout and partner onboarding and collection best practice development
- Developing and managing the credit and operations team
You Must Have
Preference for small commercial vehicle finance or used heavy commercial vehicle financeExperience of setting up loan systems and processes from scratchDone vehicle loan credit and policy for an NBFC for at least 5 yearsHands-on and good interpersonal skills, with a go-getter attitudeStrong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building financial modelsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication, writing skills, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modellingAbility to work - hands-on- and multi-task in an energetic environmentRequirements

Proven experience in sales and collections, preferably in the CV industry. Strong knowledge of Commercial Vehicles, especially 3-wheeler loaders and passenger vehicles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a large area of responsibility. Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
