Senior Technical Consultant

About us and Moveworks

Moveworks is an enterprise-level artificial intelligence platform for employee support across departments. It offers an AI assistant that integrates with all company applications, helping employees find information, take actions, and receive notifications via a single chatbot.

Moveworks serves over 350 companies worldwide, including GitHub, Salesforce, Slack, Spotify, Airbnb, Honeywell, CVS Pharmacy, and more.

We acquired Moveworks in 2025 , committing to keep it as a separate product and brand post-acquisition.

As a senior technical consultant :

  • You will learn the Moveworks platform through on-the-job training.
  • Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers.
  • Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio.
  • Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design integrations for AI agents.
  • Prepare solution design documents for AI agents and their supporting integrations.
  • Lead successful implementation of AI agents and integrations by working closely with your team and key customer stakeholders.

Work closely with international colleagues and customers.

This role allows you to learn Moveworks, the leading enterprise agentic AI platform, soon to be part of our ecosystem.

Required Skills :

  • 3+ years of back-end software development experience in Python.
  • Experience with solution design, preferably for integrations.
  • Strong experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related areas.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Great technical documentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills.
