Key Responsibilities :

Lead Design Projects :

Manage and execute the design process from concept to final product for new features and improvements on the VMock platform.

User Research :

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.

Concept Development :

Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

Visual Design :

Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and ensure the highest quality of visual design across all products.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

Design Systems :

Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.

Data-Driven Design :

Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Advocacy :

Advocate for user-centered design and product thinking within the organization.

Mentorship :

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

Design QA :

Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closure

Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Responsive Web-designing : Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Experience working in a startup or tech environment.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
