We are hiring for SuccessFactors - Time Recording Lead.

TCS is Conducting a Mega virtual drive on 8th November for SuccessFactors - Time Recording Lead.

Experience : 6-10 years

Location : Bangalore

Virtual drive date : 08-November-25

Notice period : less than 30 days.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Typically, 4-10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and support.
• Module Expertise : Strong, hands-on experience in configuring the Time Off and Time Sheet / Time Tracking modules.
• Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of Time Valuation, Absence Management, Accruals, Work Schedules, Time Recording Profiles, and Time Type Groups.
• Certifications : SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management / Employee Central is often preferred.
• Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Implementation Experience : Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation experiences are often required.
