We are seeking a proactive and reliable Field Executive to manage our on-ground operations. This role is crucial for representing the company directly to clients, partners, and customers, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and maintaining strong relationships in the field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned locations to perform tasks such as document collection, product delivery, or service verification.
- Interact directly with clients, partners, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned field tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of activities, including reports on interactions and task outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with the central office and team members to provide status updates and report any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while in the field.
- Handle and resolve on-the-spot issues or inquiries from clients.
